Ramón, a 13-year-old gypsy boy, lives in La Cañada, one of the largest illegal settlements in Europe, in Madrid. A universe that Ramón films with his cell phone as if it were an enigmatic science fiction scenario. This is the way he enjoys the place where he lives, and also the way to escape from the reality that surrounds him. One day, Ramón's family receives notice that their house is going to be demolished. This awakens in him a desire, hidden until now, to leave La Cañada and live a life different from that of his parents, who at all costs want to avoid eviction.

Ramón is growing up, and with him his images, which will go from being a futuristic fiction to an observation of his present, in which apparitions from the past appear. Shadows and ghosts begin to inhabit his life and his images, while Ramón is exhausting all the options he has to escape from his community.
